Our general refund guidelines for our salsa food purchases

Reasons you might be eligible for a refund for online salsa orders
  • Damaged or contaminated products. For example, if your food arrives in poor condition.

  • Wrong item received. If you receive a different item than what you ordered.

  • Missing items. If your delivery is missing items.

  • Defective products. If a product does not meet quality standards. However, perishable food items cannot be returned simply because you purchased them in excess or made a mistake.

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.

  • The goods are in the original packaging.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Common reasons for not receiving a refund
  • Change of mind. In most cases, you cannot get a refund if you simply change your mind.

  • Opened or tampered with items. If you have opened, used, or otherwise tampered with the food, a refund is unlikely.

  • Incorrect order by recipient. If you made a mistake when placing the order, you will likely not get a refund.

  • Taste preference: We will not refund you if you simply don’t like the taste of the food.

How to get your refund
  • Contact us with your concern by email at sales@salsaelguero.com. We may ask for a photo of the item as part of the concern.

  • We will let you know if your are able for a refund. For the most cases we cater the customer.

  • Depending on your order we may ask to ship the item back to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
